This study examined optimum crouching start position at short distance track and field game, and investigated not only start motion but also kinesiology by using high speed cameras, and gave start method of physical properties of each athlete by kinesiological analysis using starting block repelling tester. The study investigated three different conditions of elite athletes. The findings were as follow: The times required were A=C>B for S1, B>A=C for S2 and B>C>A for S3: And, the times required at 20 meters section were C>B>A for S1, C>B>A for S2 and A>B=C for S3. Vertical movement displacement of body center was B>A>C for S1 and C>A>B for S3. The findings were: Power at each starting position could be tested at both feet so that each athlete could select position correction at initial start to be likely to make correction of each athlete and to make use of the findings extensively to improve and investigate sports ability of short distance track and field game that did not reach world level yet.
