The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality of university sports center as part of social responsibility activities on customer attitude, university reputation and intention to support university. For these purposes, 187 members registered in two university sports centers recruited by convenience sampling. For data analysis, descriptive statistics was employed to identify the demographic characteristics of respondents and correlation analysis and regression analysis were employed to test the research hypothesis by SPSS 12.0. The results were as follows.
First, the service quality of university sports center had a positive effect on the member’s attitude toward social contribution. Second, the service quality of university sports center had a positive effect on the university reputation. Third, the service quality of university sports center had a positive effect on intention to support university. Fourth, member’s attitude had a positive effect on the university reputation and intention to support university. Fifth, the university reputation had a positive effect on intention to support university.
