Report Errors
This paper studies the development and prospects of animation industry in China. The animations industry has the window effects, so many countries develops the new industry. After the reform and open-up, China has effort to develop the cultural industry, in particular, effort to develop the animation industry. This paper divides the development of animation industry to the four period, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. The 2000s is the rapid development period, has four characteristics. First, the volume of animation industry has grown rapidly. Second, the theater animation industry has grown together. Third, the form into a corporation have been rapidly. Fourth, the creative power of animation enterprise has been developed. The development of animation industry in China has to attention the national policies. In particular, the animation industrial base plays an important role. The government have ratified about fifty the animation industrial base in 2004-2010. Although the animation industrial base can provide the important policy backgrounds, but have some problems. Many ministries ratifies the animation industrial base, so difficult to control the each ministry’s targets. And there are many types of animation industrial base, and then there are no difference between each types.
