This Study is to develop the for HRD program management project in Chung-buk Province. The evaluation index will help the HRD program management project in Chung-buk Province enhance the efficiency and effectiveness. Also the evaluation index will indicate rational process and method to applicate developed evaluation model for HRD program management project in Chung-buk Province, to structure feedback system, and to provide rational basis in making-decision and policy establishment.
In this study developed evaluation index makes a selection of CIPP model to the evaluation model of HRD program management project. To differentiate this evaluation index with the other evaluation index and do more accurate and confidential evaluation, we divided RHRD program management project in Chung-buk into three area, that is employment-creation area to enhance competitive power, lifelong learning area to realize self, and social coordination for restoration of the regional community.
Also for each area 58, 54, and 50 index of evaluation were developed. Many evaluation indexes that were output through CIPP model examinated through t-teat and for each areas we selected the best fit indexes. Selected evaluation indexes were used to evaluate proposed plans of project-driven institution, driven situation of medium process, and final performance.
