Many governments and conglomerates resist patents that based on the new technologies in these days. They decide their future strategies or goals by new technologies so, they are investing patent market because that’s prerequisite essential thing to them. But it’s too hard to find and develop the patent from new technologies. It is because there are so many patents and strategies from patents exist now days. That’s why patent analysis systems, not only Korea but also US, Europe, etc. , exist. Patent analysis systems can make to avoid other patents, make new market strategies efficiently but Korea patent analysis system began few years ago so it is not that good to see graphical things or make strategies at once. This paper is going to show that what is different between Korea patent analysis system and other countries’patent analysis system and suggest that how to develop our patent analysis system.
