Nowadays, many manufacturing companies try to reinforce their competitiveness or find a breakthrough by considering collaboration. Therefore, various kinds of systems and solutions have been developed to support manufacturers by providing useful services for collaborative production. When a manufacturer is being used legacy systems such as PDM (Product Data Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), etc. but he wants to adopt a new manufacturing collaboration system or service, system customization including modification and integration becomes complicated and time consuming. However, it is known that a single system can hardly satisfy several companies simultaneously; hence system customization becomes indispensable. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework for providing reconfigurable manufacturing services via Manufacturing collaboration systems. To support reconfigurable manufacturing services, the framework applies four distinctive methodologies complementarily; 1) fuzzy-ANP method to find out favorite services 2) data mining technique to classify favorite services according to characteristic of individual user, 3) process mining technique to investigate validity and efficiency of processes defined in the system by analyzing log data. The application of the proposed framework will support users to customize this system more easily and efficiently by providing an autonomous and comprehensive method of reconfiguration.
