This study was aimed to investigate the influence of transformational leadership of sports instructors of elementary school on physical education class enjoyment and satisfaction. The object of the study was collected among 5<SUP>th</SUP> and 6<SUP>th</SUP> grade elementary students who took physical education class from three elementary schools from Mar 2011 through Sept 2011. Data processing was made via SPSS/PC 19.0 version with frequency analysis, explore factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis. Based on the above data analysis, the results of the study were summarized as follows. First, the transformational leadership made significant influences (+) on the sub-factors of enjoyment, like physical/mental health, liberal class and easy learning. Second, the transformational leadership made significant influences (+) on the physical education class satisfaction, It showed meaningful results that the transformational leadership by sports instructors could make positive influence on physical education class enjoyment and satisfaction to the elementary school students. So, the sports instructors are required to have a harmonized transformational leadership with charisma, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration in order to improve the enjoyment and satisfaction in future.
