In recent years, case of the tunnel collapse are frequent. Also, the tunnel collapse cause is based on improper installation support type and over the supporter installation time delay and soil characteristics. More fundamentally, the tunnel collapse is generated by the tunnel supporter did not decrease enough external forces that occur during tunnel construction. In particular, the support effect does not occur at the beginning by the tunnel’s main supporter of the lattice girder joint weak. Thus, the steel rib should be design that is produced by the split and joints is minimized and materials should be solid joint with another materials.
