As the development of technology and science, the energy crisis has become a serious problem. In order to solve these problems, many researchers are expected to the green energy source such as the wind power generation using turbine blade and related various studies are performing. Especially, in order to high efficiency wind power generation, there are trying to performance characteristics study that the change of lift to drag ratio on the HAWT(horizontal axis wind turbine) blade through the CFD analysis and the wind tunnel test. In this study, we conducted to CFD analysis how partial dimple pattern applied on blade surface using the wind power generation is affected to turbulence generation, and build up design technique for the improvement of blade efficiency. The numerical analyses were conducted by commercial code, ANSYS CFX, and the results are graphically depicted for various conditions.
