To satisfy an individual"s desire for reinforcing quality of life and for introspecting in modern society, to expand the base of sports population, and to support the systematic sports activity, each local self-government is operating the council of sport for all in the corresponding region, and is making lots of efforts to develop and supply the sport for all program by instructors. The sport for all instructor is being demanded leadership as a messenger of diverse sections such as knowledge, information, and culture as well as technology related to sports.
Accordingly, what cultivates leadership through arranging an educational program targeting sport for all instructors can lead to local residents" constant participation, and will be able to bring about a positive change even in local residents" behavior for vitalizing sport for all.
