Online E-journal has become one of the major channels for people in the developed and developing countries to shape their views of the world. E-journal has not only reduced the market of newspaper, they also are becoming threat to the paper-based journal. Research into the use/adoption of e-journal is still in its infancy. Scholars have indicated that there is no comprehensive theoretical framework for understanding or predicting user satisfaction in E-joural. This study tried to find the effect of the factors on the user satisfactions in E-journal of China. The results showed that perceived ease of use, convenience and usefulness had a significant effect on the user satisfactions. Moreover, a user satisfactions had a significant effect on the intention of use.
