The purpose of this research is to analyze the subjects of the Korean National Team Athletes of on snow events that are part of the Winter Olympics for the effectiveness of leadership types and enhanced performance of on snow events through close examination by different coaching types for self-management satisfaction and performance. ill order to provide an estimate, a inspection was conducted on a visit to the training area of the on snow events National Team from July 10 through 16 of 2012. And the SPSS 12.0 was used to conduct correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis for the examination of the influential relationship between variables. The conclusions that come from the results of this study were as follows. First, the leadership type showed no influence on athlete management or physical management, but showed an influence on positive reward actions of psychological management. Second, the leadership type had good influence on task achievement satisfaction with positive reward action of athlete satisfaction as well as training with commanding action and positive reward action of coaching type satisfaction. Third, the two factors of athlete management had influence on psychological management as well as performance. In conclusion, there was positive influence showed by the two factors of athlete satisfaction on all performances.
