This thesis is intended to help churches to grow as an independent player which is able to increase social welfare conditions in their community by running a community children center. Churches should understand their growth by their running a community children center as God’s favor and share God’s blessing with others because they are only delivers and followers of God’s teachings. Therefore, churches should run a community children center with their mission in mind: to spread the gospel; to build an intimate relationship with others; and to recognize their responsibility to serve others in need. Churches can run a community children center better than any other social welfare institute or group for good reasons. Hopefully more and more churches will become interested in child welfare initiatives in order to make God’s teachings and intentions come true in the world.
