The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between health promotion behaviors, successful aging concept, and acceptant of death attitude among dance program participating elders. Through judgment sampling method, selected 434 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from dance program participating elders. With the collected data, path analysis were performed by SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the perceived health condition of the aged participating in living dance affects perceived benefits, self-respect, and community environment positively. Second, the past health-related behaviors of the aged participating in living dance affect perceived benefits, perceived self-efficacy, self-respect, and community environment positively among behaviors and special perception and emotions factors while negatively their social support. Third, the perceived benefits, self-respect, and community environment among behaviors and special perception and emotions factors affect health promoting behaviors of the aged participating in living dance positively. Fourth, the health promoting behaviors of the aged participating in living dance affect their successful recognition of aging positively. Fifth, the health promoting behaviors of the aged participating in living dance affect their attitudes toward death negatively. Sixth, the successful recognition of aging of the aged participating in living dance does not affect their attitudes toward death.
