On this study, the present condition and business performance of financial support project is analyzed in chung-buk area. On the basis of above stated analysis, the problem and the way of improvement for job creation project for financial support are as follows.
The first problem is that, in case of Chung-buk are, job creation project is still in the stage of temporary business. Second problem is the inefficiency of the budget which is caused by the similarity and overlap between businesses. Third problem is the insufficiency of clear goal setting for business target and manpower support on proceeding the business.
At local government level, the construction of the integrated governance concerned with employment is urgently required to solve this problem. The control tower which plans and controls the policies for employment is also needed to be established at the same time to make synergy. In addition, the construction of the database for local jobs is required.
