The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of teaching beliefs on job attitude in sport instructor for the aged. Survey data were collected from 300 sport instructor for the aged. Insincerely answered and 7 instructor’s missing surveyed with the exception of the 293 sport instructor for the aged, in fact analyst furnished data to 278 instructor’s. Collected data was analyzed by using SPSS 15.0 version for Window and reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis and independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA were executed to examine research subject of this study. Scheffe method was used for after test analysis of one-way ANOVA and multiple regressions was performed after interrelation between value for profession and satisfaction rate on duty had been analyzed. The result of this study has been deduced through above progress as follows. First, there was a significant difference in teaching beliefs(maturity belief, action belief, interaction belief) of sport instructor for the aged by socio-demographic variables(age, education, teaching period, monthly income). Second, there was a significant difference in job attitude(physical job compensatory, change occupation propensity, job flow) of instructor’s by socio-demographic variables(sex, age, education, teaching period, monthly income). Third, teaching beliefs are an important factor to job attitude that has positive effects by action belief, interaction belief.
