The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of gene expression of endoplasmic reticulum(EF) stress in skeletal muscle and adipose tissue. Twenty-eight Sparague Dawley male rats were divided into a control group(CON, n = 7), a low intensity exercise group(LEX, n = 7), a moderate intensity exercise group(MEX, n = 7 and a high intensity exercise group(HEX, n = 7). It was carried out for five weeks with treadmil exercise. As a result, this study applied at the low intensity of the exercise program in both skeletal muscle and adipose tissue expression of ER stress-related genes was not affected significantly. In contrast, moderate intensity exercise was significantly increased in the gene expression of the skeletal muscle in BiP, ATF4, CHOP and JNK1 mRNA, and adipose tissue in the gene expression BiP, ATF4 and JNK1 mRNA. On the other hand, interestingly, is applied in this study through five weeks of the high-intensity exercise program in skeletal muscle ATF4, CHOP and JNK1 mRNA expression was significantly decreased compared to moderate intensity exercise and CHOP and JNK1 mRNA in adipose tissue, including expression of most genes is that they showed a similar trend. It was that exercise stimulates the activity of the stress on the mechanism of action, rather than due to the ongoing effect of the training process is adapted for endoplasmic reticulum(ER) stress response appeared. This adaptation in skeletal muscle compared to adipose tissue were seen more frequently. Furthermore, the interaction of ER stress-related genes would be enough for the verification. In addition, exercise duration and intensity and so on through a variety of applications than would be clearly defined.
