City memorial space is a monumental place，it is the material carriers of the collective memory of the city as a city of history and culture embodied．To create a memorial space is always around the commemoration of the content and emotional expression of two aspects, both as the starting point of the creation, through the organization of a variety of space and shape, so that tourists visit the event information and emotional cumulative, so traumatic as to obtain memorial. Design of urban Memorial Park, need to comply with respect for history,sustainability strengthen emotional, completeness, people-oriented principle．Therefore,in the beginning of the design, it is necessary to take full account of thecity"s unique cultural history and geographical environment, full of emotionfor the design,ａnalyze and research done for the construction ofurban style, personality and unique national characteristics and style, in linewith the overall look of cities and regions．With examples and literature memorial park structure, sequence analysis, from the constituent elements of narrative of the Memorial Park and Memorial Park to commemorate the direction of the performance aspects discussed, formed Memorial Park design techniques and strategies.
