The domestic research institutes and companies who expected a high growth of WiBro market had investmented in the WiBro market. As a consequence, it has built an industrial eco-system in the every fields of WiBro industry composed of domestic SMEs. In addition, a large number of intellectual property and the WiBro-related products, such as the terminal and base station equipment, has been developed. All of these brougt us opportunties for making the cornerstone for the entry of the WiBro world market. In government, through the R&D project reorganization by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy in 2010, the project of the WiBro environment construction for the testing and certification was implemented as one of ICT research infrastructure projects. Especially, the project of WiBro-Adv. is planned to budget 70 billions won for 3 years from this year. By the way, the post-assessment of this project which demands high budgets and enormous personnel inputs is as important as the technology development. The reason for this is to check the project progress as well as to evaluate the feasibility of this project, and to suggest the direction of the future development. In this study, the evaluation was conducted by a group of experts using the AHP analysis techniques. In the AHP analysis, if the overall score of a project is greater than 0.55, it is regarded as a feasible one. The overall score of this project is 0.811, so the results show that it is feasible for this project to be implemented.
