This study aims at exploring relation of stress response and countermeasure type according to Participation at Yoga training. This study set as a population adult women participating at Yoga training and residing at S City, in south Gyeonggi-do, and S City, C City. By giving out total 380 copies of questionnaire, the study used total 354 copies for final analysis excluding 26 copies judged to be unhonest or omitting responses of the gathered questionnaire sheets, and to verify average difference between variables, looked into research purposes by using multiple regression analysis and to verify the validity and credibility of questionnaire, by using reliability analysis, and to examine into relations between each variable, by using correlation analysis, to look for correlation between variables, by using multiple regression analysis. Through such procedures, the study elicited following conclusion, conclusion to Yoga stress response and Yoga stress countermeasure response showed that at stress response and emotional relieving countermeasure as sub-factor, it had a negative effect on aggressive factor, frustration, rage and somatization factors had no statistical effect. The entire explanative ability of stress response to emotional relieving countermeasure as sub-factor of stress response accounted for 5.3%. Problem-focusing countermeasure factor had a positive effect on rage factor, and negative effect on aggressive factor. Frustration, somatization factors had no statistical effect, and the entire explanative ability of stress response to problem-focusing countermeasure as sub-factor of stress response accounted for 4.9%. Social support pursuing countermeasure factor had a positive effect on rage, and aggressive factor had a negative effect on aggressive factor. Frustration, somatization factors had no statistical effect, and the entire explanative ability of stress response to social support pursuing countermeasure as sub-factor of stress response accounted for 4.0%.
