The purpose of this study is to fine profoundly into how special P.E. teachers was playing their role as a teacher on the educational area. Special P.E. gives the physically or mentally challenged people the opportunity of rehabilitation and psychological relaxation. Because the teachers who have to teach the handicapped students have more responsibilities, their expertise or attribute have a great influence in the educational effect. Therefore, this study put an emphasis on understanding the special P.E. teachers and their performance of the duties. The existing teacher working for the specialized school had been chosen and interviewed in detail for 7 months from September 2012 until March 2013. The result was shown as ‘the introduction as a P.E. teacher’, ‘the difficulties of P.E. classes’, ‘the confusion of their own identity’, ‘static integrated education’, and ‘fruitfulness’.
