Contactless power transfer (CPT) technology is an available option to realize the possibility of power delivery and storage with connector-free devices across an air gap. The CPT system, which coil is normal conducting wires. based on the strong resonance coupling, which consists of four-separate coils with same resonance frequency, is possible to exchange energy within 2 m. However, it is a sensitive impedance matching between antenna coils and receiver coils Thus, the power transfer efficiency of CPT in commercialized products is not still very high and limited to transfer high power transfer due to the normal conducting wires, so it needs to improve the power efficiency using various kinds of wire. Fortunately, since the superconducting coils have an enough current density, the superconducting antenna coil can deliver a mass amount of energy transmission. From this point of view, as a reasonable approach, we combined CPT technology with high temperature superconducting (HTS) technology. In this study, we examined the current transmission efficiency and properties of SUCPT phenomenon with four separate coils under superconducting antenna and/or receiver coils as long as the receiver is at 1 m distance.
