The objective of this study aims to investigate the coping method to relax the stress after finding out the stress factors along the integrated education to assist the prevention and overcoming of the stress in more effective way by defining the stress factors by the integrated education of the integrated elementary school teachers.
First, the stress related with the school parents was shown significantly in sex and academic career regarding job stress along the background variables such as sex, age, income, academic career, marriage & period of service in the schools, administration-related stress was shown significantly in period of service in the schools, stress related with students was shown significantly in marriage, work-related stress was shown significantly in academic career & marriage and mutual conflict-related stress was shown significantly in academic career.
Second, regarding coping method along the background variables such as sex, age, income, academic career, marriage & period of service in the schools, the pursuit of wishful thinking was shown significantly in period of service in the schools, the pursuit of social support was shown significantly in sex & age and problem-focused coping with accident was shown significantly in period of service in the schools.
Third, the results of finding out if job stress influences on coping method, the stress-related with the school parents was shown significantly in coping method of emotional relaxation & coping method of pursuing of social support, administration-related stress was also shown significantly in coping method of emotional relaxation & coping method of pursuing of social support and the stress related with the children was shown significantly in coping method of the pursuit of wishful thinking & problem-focused coping with accident.
That is, as the results of comparing the level of feeling the stress by classifying the job stress of the integrated elementary school teachers into the territory related with school parents, administration, children, work, individual & mutual conflict, it was shown that they feel the stress caused by the works of the teacher most, and as the results of analyzing 4 kinds of territory that copes with job stress, it was shown that they use coping method of pursuing of social support.
