The purpose of this study was to provide The Influence of University students’s Leisure Participation on Stress. The study was conducted for 200 students of K’s university by purposeful sampling method and the measurement instrument was the stress questionnaire adapted. finally 182 part questionnaire data were treated. In order to analyze to the data collected, SPSS Window Version 19.0 was used, and exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, verification, regression analysis was conducted.
As a result, first of all, the results according to the students’ gender differences in the stress is that economy, the future and employment, academic, values, men and women showed no significant differences. However the difference between the stress on the grade is that the economy, future and career, academic, and values showed higher stress level in the high-grade and the lower grade the result is in, the lower level the stress showed.
Secondly, as a result of investigating the differences in stress with and without participation in leisure activities of college students, it was found that the population to participate in leisure activities and employment economy, and future, academic, and values.
Third, participation in leisure activities of college students, as a results of analysis mind the influence of the stress shows a significant correlation for academic sources, multiple regression analysis showed the explanatory power of economy 10% and employment & future 13%, academic 23%, value 25% and these have static influence in the factor of economy and employment & future.
