Today, Designers who work in an SoC(System on Chip) or embedded systems shoulder the extra time costs, because it is difficult to implement an SDRAM interface. In this parer, we implement an effective SDRAM interface, which is composed of three modules: WRAPPER, Priority_Dec, and Controller. The WRAPPER saves data from SDRAM or ED(External device). The Priority_Dec module checks the SDRAM"s state and the WRAPPER"s amount of data, and then orders a valid command to other modules. The controller module acts according to the orders. We expect that the implementation results can give a good guideline for designers to make the SDRAM interface module.
