In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review on the research of “shi” and the sentence of “shi”, and forecast the possible biased errors. we also collect examples of biased errors about “shi” from the corpus and give them detailed description and systematic analysis, then counter-view the inadequacies of the research on ontologyan d application, and in this basis, we tryt o put forward a certain number of suggestions for pertinent data bank construction and for the teaching about the sentence of “shi” in TCSL(Teaching Chinese as second language).
