This study aims to examine the relationship of the multi-dimensional perfectionism of college golf players with their social connectedness and organizational citizenship behaviors. Among 400 respondents, 100 respondents were excluded due to either double responding or insincere answering, resulting in 300 valid participants. Coded data were input in and processed by a computer individually for the statistical analysis by SPPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) Version 18.0. The results of the analysis are as follows.
First, multi-dimensional perfectionism has a statistically significant impact on social connectedness. It means that as the ultraistic perfectionism is strong, social connectedness is tight while self-centered perfectionism is strong, social connectedness is loose.
Second, multi-dimensional perfectionism has a statistically significant impact on organizational citizenship behaviors (altruism, sportsmanship, and citizenship). It means that as others and self-oriented perfectionism are strong, altruism is strong. In the same vein, as others-oriented, self-oriented, and social perfectionism are strong, sportsmanship is strong. Also, it turned out that as self-oriented perfectionism is strong, citizenship is strong, Third, it was reveled that social connectedness has a statistically significant impact on organizational citizenship behaviors (altruism, polite behavior, sportsmanship, and conscientious behavior, citizenship). It means that as social non- connectedness is strong, altruism is weak while altruism is strong as social connectedness is strong. In the same vein, as social non-connectedness is strong, sportsmanship is loose while sportsmanship is tight as social connectedness is strong. As for the relationship between social connectedness and conscientious behavior, as social non-connectedness is strong, conscientious behavior is strong. Last, as both social connectedness and non-connectedness are strong, citizenship is strong.
