A deblocking filter of the HEVC has a serial structure because of the internal data dependency. Panasonic proposed a parallel deblocking filter to solve this problem. However, the filter is not perfect parallel structure because of the partial data dependency . In order to solve the problem of previous filter, this paper proposes a more effective parallel deblocking filter to eliminate data dependency using original pixels, not filterd pixels. We demonstrate that our proposed filter decrease execution time 50% for filtering process and improve a subjective quality of image because this filter does not use filtered pixels but original pixels.
