The domestic construction industry has become bigger and more complex today than in the past. As a result, it makes a massive amount of information at each level or field. But, Information fields in Construction have been growing slowly for that size. As a way of this, BIM is in the spotlight as group of information which can link varied information organically that generated during the construction process. To integrate and manage this information, we need to get standard about Information Properties System. The study finds out definitions and structure of main architectural or structural property in Revit, one of the BIM S/W, and proposes standard property system.
