This paper shows you not only the course to draw ideas in the existing problem solving process, but also a series of process to analyze the problems through root cause analysis, to solve problems using various TRIZ tools, and to evaluate and select ideas. And we explain the benefits of a cause analysis solving method. A sanitary cup deposit as the target we analyze and solve the problems. More specifically, in problem analysis we organized RCA through video observation in the mind-map format, in problem solving we used the 40 inventive Principles and the Separation Principles. In the end we sketched the ideas come up with and evaluated the ideas using the weighted rankings Determination. Ultimately we place a value in increasing accessibility to TRIZ by using classical process.
