This study aims at analyzing on and modeling electrical breakdown in the damper film interface of speaker diaphragm. The interface conditions were divided into three parts. First condition being focused on the surface of interface, it was treated with sand paper. For the second condition, the pressure of interface was varied as the value of 1 - 10 [kg/cm2]. For third condition, it was added to silicon oil. If the surface was rough, streamer diffused widely along the surface, the more wasted streamer was, the more strongly did streamer go through the interface. When tree reached at interface, the vapor come up to the surface, which was explicated that streamer diffused greatly on interface. The stronger interface pressure was made, the less streamer was diffused. The existence of surface made leakage of decomposed gas with easy and there was a marked lowering in discharge initial voltage. Therefore, the higher supplied voltage become, the much did the breakdown time reduce. As a result, breakdown time was shorter for the full range of supplied voltage in case of interface existed in the junction part than that of non-existed interface.
