The purpose of this study was to investigate the applicability by analyzing the effect of core exercise using Sling on basic physical strength, foot balance and subjective pain scale in patients with low back pain caused by period pains. Eight female subjects aged 20 years participated in the study and peformed core exercise using Sling during twelve weeks, two per each week. The basic physical strength, foot balance and subjective pain sale were measured as dependent variables. The results of this study are as follows; Firstly, the result of basic physical strength showed that there are significant improvements in grip strength of both hands, sit-up, vertical jump and trunk forward flexion. Secondly, when analyzing the foot balance, there were no significant differences in each foot and total weight. Thirdly, subjective pain scale was decreased significantly. Taken together, the result of this study suggests that core exercise using Sling can be an effective physical intervention for the patient with low back pain caused by period pains
