The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional experience of lure-fishing participants. It is basically an attempt to provide a framework in enhancing academic awareness to lure-fishing participants in leisure studies by analyzing positive and negative emotional experience of them. According to the outcome of this study, positive emotional experience of them was represented with pleasure, immersion, passion, a sense of achievement, expectation, aesthetic sensibility, and a sense of behavior. Also addictiveness, unpleasantness, and conflict was in relation with negative emotional experience of them. This result could contribute to clarify leisure characteristics lure-fishing participants possessed and it could offer a clue as to how the development of waterside or marine sports programs was made.
