The data were collected and was analyzed with Pearson correlation of PASW 19.0version and with Path analysis of AMOS 19.0 version. The following results were obtained: The first, the physical education reflection had statistically correlation with teaching competencies and teaching confidence. The second, the physical education reflection for elementary school teachers had statistically positive effect on teaching competencies and teaching confidence.
