The economic growth of our country has been rapidly growing since 1960s. On the other hand we are facing the problems of poor resources and environment disruption. Also, construction materials are limited. Therefore effective maintenance of buildings and houses should be needed. Due to increased maintenance requirements, maintenance has been being studied by many researchers in domestic and international. Most of the studies are focused on construction managers to develop the maintenance system and process model. To improve the effective of maintenance management in the high-rise apartment houses, this study builds the capable of producing of maintenance information by space in the construction phase. The purpose of this study is to suggest the method that users are easily able to access to the maintenance information by utilizing the smart devices and QR codes.
