This thesis is about teaching poems utilizing digital media. The poem that is written utilizing digital media is called multipoem on this thesis.
First of all, we did the study about how multipoem is produced and what kind of characteristics it has. As a result, we reached the following three conclusion. First, multipoem has a wide range of expression since we can use both visual and auditory elements with it. Secondly, multipoem makes writers and readers feel free to exchange of their views. Third, it is easy to present works compared to printed media.
Next, this thesis describes writing poems using the advantages of multipoem. The method is divided into five stages. 1. The teacher explains about multipoem to students. 2. Make them come up with media that can be utilized when writing poems. 3. Make them find materials. 4. Make them produce poem. 5. Make them present and evaluate it.
Multipoem is effective to the students who think it difficult to write poems. Also, any students who don’t have talents in writing can easily get involved. Making mutipoem, they come to realize that poem is not that difficult. With these merits, multipoem would apply to writing poems widely.
