Report Errors

What is Neuroarchitecture? Why does this novel, challenging field recently draw much attention from both the researchers of architecture and neuroscience? This short review defines what neuroarchitecture is and describes the basic assumptions underlying this field. In addition, we also introduce several research examples obtained from neuroarchitecture field for the last decade. Finally, we suggest how neuroarchitecture potentially contribute to the advancement and evolution of architecture in a more constructive, humane way.
