The purpose of the this research is to compare the genotype distribution of especially ACfN-3 genotype among the subjects being elite cross-country ski athletes who undertake high level of training and are assumed to have demonstrated high level of athletic performance. It is also aimed to clarify the effect of the genotype on the Isokinetic muscular function of knee sports performance. Gene analysis for each inspection items used genomic DNC in epithelium cell of the mouth. To handle collected data, dual variate analysis was made for examing the association of each measured item usin SPSS statistical program and ATCN-3 Correlation of polymorphisms in accordance with the dependent variables to determine the correlation coefficient was determined and statistical significance of level .05. The results are as follows. ACTN-3 genotype of cross-country ski elite athletes were analyzed. Higher distribution of XX genotype within ACTN-3 genotype was depicted among cross-county sk I. elite cross-country skiers of genetic correlations by type of isokinetic muscular function type and RR and RX type left and right extensor peak torque is higher than the correlation coefficient(P<.01). XX type of endurance ratio in each of the RX type and the correlation coefficient is high, the right extensor (p<.01), respectively. Thus, cross-country skiing elite athletes isokinetic muscular funtion of knee peak torque in the RX, RR genotype, endurance ratio in RX, XX genotype showed relevant.
