The announcement of President Park Geun-hye, ‘reunification of South and North Korea would be a bonanza’ is big trend in these days. Toward the peaceful reunification, we need to prepare the way to narrow the economic gap between South and North Korea. This study is trying to make economic development project for North Korea with the help of South Korea. To suggest the best development project considering the condition of Korean Peninsula, the study started to review the development plans for northern part of Korean peninsula prepared by North Korea as well as by South Korea. According to the result of previous review, the study suggests three development projects for North Korea’s economic growth. First, it’s the best way to build multi-farming complexes that support agriculture, livestock and forestry in connection with the project of 13 Economic development Zones. Second, let’s establish industrial complexes in two places, Rason Economic Trade Zone and Sinuiju Special Economic Zone in concert with China, South and North Korea. Third, we need to resume the Geumgang Mountain Tourism Project.
