This article transforms the family composition information included in Eonyang-eup family register(Hogeok: 戶籍) during 1911~1977 into database that allows us to analyze living arrangements of children and compiles the number of children, family of children, the number of biological parents of child, the composition ratio of children by family type, and the number of producing population per child. Depending upon this database, the proportion of children with their biological parents increased from 81.23% in 1910 to 92.50% in 1975, and an increasing trend of the inequality of the number of producing population per child by household can be detected during 1910~1975. This article has thrown new light on the characteristics and its historical meaning of the transformation of living arrangements of children in Eonyang province during 20 century.
