A leader in the fields of physical activities has been took an important part to attain the purpose of physical activities. Therefore cultivation of the talents leaders in this fields was avert` important they also influenced success and failure of physical activities. For increasing necessity and importance of physical activities, more and more woman who have more free time were participating of physical activities and a number of woman leaders engaged in this fields were also increasing. Therefore, this study was to examine the role and position of woman leaders in the fields of physical activities such as physical education in school, sport and leisure in the social system, and elite sports. According to this study s result, a number of woman leaders in this fields were gradually increasing and they played an important role in the generalization and activation of physical activities, so that woman leads greatly contributed to the development of sport. But anumber of woman leaders were still insufficient because of social-cultural bias and low economic treatment Today, the position of woman leaders were very improved compared with the past but the position are still inferior tomen. Then woman leaders themselves would make an effort to improve the social-cultural bias and low economic treatment, they have to be supported assistance by the social institution.
