Outbreak in the future, potential tourist hotel departments selfishness and conflict from the perspective of the company does not adversely affect anything, but it is very important that CEOs and middle managers who recognize the importance of strategic leadership. The purpose of this study is to improve the consciousness of these issues based on the concept of conflict and selfishness department.
First of all, the adoption of the strategic leadership of the chief executive and middle managers for the management of conflict was goals, job clarity, cooperation, conflict management, compensation, as important. Second, the excavation of ideas through Tourist Hotel the ultimate goal of business performance to achieve business improvements through conflict management efficiency, appeared to enhance corporate image and that of the direct and indirect impact on organizational effectiveness.
Based on the results such as Tourist Hotel Chief Executive Officer or the interim director of strategic leadership through conflict management department of the negative impact of the organization"s internal variables can be important in regulating the organizational effectiveness.
