The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of psychological commitment and spectator satisfaction in the relationship between flow-experience and intention to attend games. In order to accomplish this study, total 400 questionnaires were dustrubuted to a home game spectator of D city to a professional baseball game with use of a convenient sampling method. 366 usable questionnaires were available because thirty-four questionnaires were excluded that were not applicable. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The results of this study indicated that (1) there existed the partial mediating effect psychological commitment between flow-experience and spectator satisfaction, (2) there existed the full mediating effect of psychological commitment and spectator satisfaction between flow-experience and intention to attend games, and (3) there existed the full mediating effect of spectator satisfaction between psychological commitment and intention to attend games.
