This research presents a method for integrate heterogeneous contents based system using semantic integration methodology. A semantic integration methodology is frequently mentioned by ontology engineering researchers. Ontology is very good method for express relation between information. But it is very hard to design human knowledge architecture and difficult to maintain its consistency. It may be due to human knowledge architecture is too complex or it is hard to express various concepts and behaviors. We think that it is better to use ontology to integrate heterogeneous data architecture system like collaborative open e-learning contents platform. A collaborative e-learning architecture has very near with enterprise 2.0 systems. [2] But until now, Enterprise system is too far from e-learning platform like LMS (Learning Management System) or LCMS (Learning Contents Management System). It is very hard to integrate these heterogeneous systems into single architecture. We used semantic integration method to integrate these systems and we will represent how to design these system architectures and how to connect these systems effectively.
