One of the main problems of today 's ubiquitous computing systems is that they do not meet their quality requirements. Prior studies had investigated quality factors that were important to users. However, ubiquitous computing services such as mobile internet services (MIS) are fundamentally different from traditional information systems (IS) because it has been used in various life contexts. We developed a theoretical success model of ubiquitous computing service, especially MIS based on prior related stud and conducted a large-scale online survey to test the proposed model. The results showed that information and system quality factors had influence on satisfaction and satisfaction had influence on quality of life. This study concludes with implication and limitation of the study results.
