The aims to inquire into Chinese Tourists Cooperative Exchange between China and Korea (Paju city, Kyonggi province), find the application method to strength a Cooperative Exchange. This study is based on literature materials and government policies and supporting business related to Cooperative Exchange and activation Strategies of Chinese Tourists Characteristic Analysis on Republic of Korea Tourism and summarized it as follows:
First, it should be considered to grasp available resources in Paju city, Kyonggi province and promote brand value improvement. Second, the way of Cooperative Exchange as reflected in the regional development (Preferred Eastern development, Western development, Revitalization policy of northeast, Central part rising) in China should be planned. Third, cooperative exchange project through China cooperation organization should be promoted. Fourth, interactive and practical international exchange should be promoted in the age of globalization. Fifth, Cooperative Exchange and territory should be diversified.
