I pointed out the important places of the city as a valuable property of the citizens and the city is to promote policies that are indispensable are becoming a major political target. This study of Korea and the Europe plant conservation and use cases as compared to the industrial heritage of modern factory buildings and a variety of recycling options, analyze, present is to see. Plant a variety of conservation and recycling measures proposed by the crisis lies in the demolition of many factories seem to be able to preserve. Although the factory, but later to become an important cultural assets, thereby dismantling the plants to prevent the disappearance of a part of our history, and in terms of urban regeneration is thought to be able to contribute. Therefore, this study as a modern industrial heritage conservation and utilization of plant sites, effectively the case in Europe, compared to the case of Korea looks at.
