The trend of the condominium apartment plan is analyzed in Suzhou, China. In this study, analyzed the apartment plan based on 39 real estates and 172 apartment plans which are selling in Sep.2014 in SIP. The main findings are follows. Firstly, large area and multi-bay apartments are more in Suzhou. Next then, much importance is attached to the public area, especially the kitchen. What’s more, the situation of the independent washing machine room is more, but the independent washbasin room is less. In addition, in the case of the garden in the air, more people transform it into the bedroom, and other functions are porch and viewing. Finally, through facing to the south and together with the balcony, more lighting and ventilation will be obtained.
