견관절의 극상근 내 침윤성 근육 내 지방종은 극히 드문 증례로 저자들은 극상건의 부분 파열이 동반된 극상근 내 침윤성 지방종 환자에 대해 수술적 제거 및 회전근개의 봉합술을 시행하였고, 1년 추시 자기공명영상 결과상에서도 만족스러운 결과를 얻어 이에 대한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.
