The purpose of this study is to break the environmental elements of community physical education, which are regarded as important sociological variables for individuals relating to the participation in the community physical education, largely into facility environmental elements, program environmental elements and leadership environmental elements, to find the relation between those variables and the degree of participation(participation frequency, participation duration and participation intensity), and in detail to examine mainly the association of the demographic and sociological characteristics to the degree of participation in the community physical education and the relation between the degree of contentment with the environmental elements of the community physical education and the degree of participation in the community physical education. The conclusions based on the results of carrying the tests and the analyses mentioned above are as follows : 1. The more convenient it was to use the facilities of community physical education and the cheaper the cost to use them was, the longer the participation duration was. 2. The leadership of the leaders in community physical education was in a high level, the participation frequency, the duration and the intensity appeared high altogether 3. The higher the attraction, the adequacy and the effectiveness of the community physical education program were, the higher the participation frequency was. And the higher the adequacy was, the longer the participation duration was. In addition, the higher the attraction was, the stronger the intensity of the Participation in community physical education was.
